Rug Video Questions
What steps do the videos cover?
Rug inspection, hand washing, rinsing with a flow of clean water and drying, the same steps your own rug goes through at our Palm Desert facility.
Is every rug cleaned the same way?
No. Each rug is inspected first and matched to a process that is safe for its fibers and dyes.
Do the videos show pet odor treatment?
Pet urine stains and odor are treated in a decontamination bath before the hand wash; our rug care services page explains the step.
How do I get my rug to you?
Pick-up and delivery options are available across the Coachella Valley, or you can drop the rug off at our Palm Desert facility.
